A woman with incredibly long hair has stunned the internet – but has revealed how she often gets into sticky situations because of her locks.

Jolene, who lives in Johannesburg in South Africa, has been growing her hair her entire life and has a strict routine to take care of it.

In a viral video with more than 22 million views, Jolene transforms herself into the Disney princess character while showing her blonde tresses.

Using a "Rapunzel" filter on TikTok, she teases the viewers before turning around to show the shiny effect on her mid-thigh length hair while playing the theme music of Tangled in the background.

"My heart is so happy right now," she wrote in the caption.

Viewers loved her hair and said she "geuinely fits the trend", with one saying: "You and your hair are literally gorgeous I cant!"

A second commented: "100% have to cosplay Rapunzel now."

While many express their wish to grow their hair as long as Jolene's, the sport science student told Daily Star that having long locks isn't all it's cut out to be.

She said: "Some long hair struggles I face daily is getting my hair caught on everything.

"I once got my hair caught in the rowing machine at the gym…it was not pretty.

"My hair also gets caught in the car door quite often when I close it.

"It also always gets in my food."

Jolene says she likes to her long hair a treatment once in a while.
