Stacey Solomonhas been busy preparing for her upcoming wedding to fiancéJoe Swash , which is set to take placein a matter of weeks at their stunning £1.5 million family home in Essex.
TheLoose Womenstar, 32, and formerEastEndersactor Joe, 40, will tie the knot in the sprawling garden at their home, which they've lovingly called Pickle Cottage.
Mum of four Stacey, who has become something of a DIY sensation, has been busy setting everything up for the big day and recentlyshowed off her homemade ‘tea wall’that she constructed in the garden of her home.
As the day gets closer, she’s back at it with the homemade decor and recently took to Instagram to show how she recycled the family’s Christmas decorations for the wedding.
Stacey posted a series of videos to her Instagram story of her making “wedding lanterns” and wrote: “So I'm decorating the front door for the wedding. So I spent today changing all of my Christmas door decorations to wedding theme.”
She began by spray painting the lanterns white and then added some greenery inside with a tall candle.
Stacey said: “It’s so great what a bit of paint and some flowers can do and I'll just jazz them up again after ready for Autumn.”
She finished the project by reassuring her fans that she wouldn’t light the candles: “Don’t worry I won't light these candles they’re just nice and heavy to weigh the lanterns down.”
Earlier in the week Stacey dressed in a blue tracksuit and got to work painting pallets for her tea wall.
She added "browning wax on the top" before beginning decorating the pallets to match the theme of her and Joe's upcoming wedding.
"Then I staple gunned flowers to opposite corners," she added, showing off several small bunches of white flowers.
Stacey completed her tea wall by adding small gold hooks and a sweet quote across the centre of the pallets, which her sister Jemma had helped create.
The star showed off four stunning tea cups as she wrote: "Then I added hooks for tea cups and a nail underneath each cup to keep them at a nice angle…
"And FINALLY your tea quotes were soooo good I chose two And drove to my sisters label office just to get them made asap sorrrry @label.lady.1," alongside a laughing emoji and black heart emoji.
Stacey had asked her followers for tea-related quotes the day before she started her project, and had finally decided on one that her close pal Charlotte Greedy had suggested.
'Our love is like a cup of tea, a special blend of you and me' is written across the board, along with 'Let's get this par-tea started'.
