Britain’s biggest family have enjoyed a festive Center Parcs outing this weekend – ahead of their Christmas special airing on Channel 5 this weekend.

Parents Sue, 48 and Noel, 52 – from Morecambe, Lancashire – have 22 children and took some of their brood out to enjoy the Winter Wonderland experience at the holiday site, which offers cosy cabins and outdoorsy activities for the whole family.

Snaps on the family’s Instagram Stories, @theradfordfamily – where they have 517,000 followers – documented the fun-filled day out as they all explored the resort decked out for the holiday season.

One clip saw everyone marvelling at a huge Christmas tree arch which featured fun interchanging fairy lights, while another also saw the crew enjoying the winter decor, with one area adorned to look like an elf’s front yard.

The weekend break means the family have been on at least 20 holidays in the past to years, including Sue and Noel’s anniversary trip to Dubai, a lavish family break in Florida and various weekends away in their motorhome.

The family also stopped off for some food at The Pancake House. Elsewhere, the family posed with actors in Christmas-themed costumes.

Sue also enjoyed some mulled wine to warm up during the day out. It is not clear if the family stayed overnight or simply travelled over for the day.

Prices at Center Parcs’ Whinfell Forest location, in Cumbria – which is the closest to where the family live – currently show the cheapest three-bedroom cabin stays at £499 for three days, with the most expensive lodge option at £999 for the same duration.

It comes as earlier this month, the Radfords teased an upcoming Christmas special which will be airing on Channel 5 this weekend.

Sharing an Instagram photo of the brood gathered around a dining table – and sporting festive ensembles – Sue and Noel wrote: ‘WE’VE GOT EXCITING NEWS! We’re going to be back on your screens for Christmas!!!

‘”22 Kids and Counting at Christmas” will be on Channel 5 at 8pm on Sunday the 17th of December!’

Meanwhile, last week, Sue shared some snaps of her family’s extravagant Christmas decorations – and gave her followers a much-anticipated health update.

The mother-of-22 took to her Instagram stories to showcase a range of outdoor inflatable decorations.

In the posts, Sue also showed off her snug living room, which featured a cosy fireplace covered in stockings.

The room included a Christmas tree covered in festive decorations, including candy cane ornaments.

Despite kicking off the season in style, Sue described the month as being ‘awful’ due to her rib pain- but fortunately, she has noticed some improvement.

She wrote: ‘Lots asking about my rib, it’s still really sore, but thankfully, last night and today I’ve not been coughing as much.

‘I’ve certainly not been kept awake all night with coughing fits last night, which is the first time in a month.

‘And going out on the school today, I wasn’t having to stop to cough every minute, so I’m hoping ‘I’ve turned a corner.

‘It’s been an awful month and I really feel for anyone with this awful cough. Hopefully now hubby can get a good night’s sleep.’

Despite Sue’s ill health, Sue managed to deck the halls inside her home and out.

On the outside, the mother added an inflatable Santa Claus in a hot air balloon, which she admitted ‘took way too long… to stand up.’

Next, she added a festive archway featuring a snowman with the words ‘Merry Christmas’.
