As for how she avoids letting herself get down, she told Yahoo that she tries to always remember that others are struggling more than she is.

‘I think about that there’s starving people in the world, and then I am like, “You should just shut up and be happy with where you are and who you are and what you are doing,”‘ she dished. ‘That was very cheesy, but it’s honestly the truth.’

She also told Fox that she tries to embrace her feelings at all times, even when they’re negative.

‘I think it’s extremely important to acknowledge that you’re feeling that way. And when you feel a bit off, take that day a little bit slower. Do things that make you feel good,’ she suggested.

‘It’s OK to slow things down and instead, do something that makes you feel good. That way you can end your day in a different place than when you started it.’
