Woman shares two snaps taken seconds apart to show fake side of social media

An influencer has been applauded for her body positivity in a recent post online.

Zoe, who has over 30,600 followers on Instagram, is an influencer from Australia known for her no-nonsense attitude.

In previous uploads, she's urged fans to understand how fake the world of social media can be.

And now she's done it again as she's shared an empowering post about angles which could deceive people.

She wrote: "Stop comparing your body to those you see in your Instagram feed!

"Angles, high-waisted pants and lighting can change the way someone's body looks and helps people get that 'perfect Insta shot'."

Zoe added: "Don't compare your raw and normal life to someone's Instagram account – it doesn't not show reality!

"You are good enough and always have been!"

Along with the lengthy caption, Zoe shared two snaps which were taken seconds apart to prove exactly her point.

The photo on the left shows the blogger posing with a cheeky smile and her hand on her thigh.

While the other photo is of her smiling once again, although this time she's more relaxed.

At the top of the two photos, it reads: "Remember, social media does NOT show real-life."

Since her post was shared earlier this week, it racked up hundreds of likes and comments.

One person applauded: "So true," while another fan gushed: "Love this queen."

A third commented: "The world needs this reminder daily," and a fourth chimed in: "Thank you for sharing and shining your light!"

This isn't the first time the blogger enlighten fans with the truth of social media.

Previously, the body positive influencer showed "real and fake" post to expose the truth of Instagram.
