Woman’s ‘FML’ after seeing she’s only one at work meeting in Halloween costume

A Halloween-loving woman was left mortified after she turned up to work in her costume – only to discover no one else was dressed up.

Megan Beaudry, from Scotland, was seen covering her face with her hand as she cringed at the video of herself in an important work meeting dressed as Ali G.

Ali G is a satirical fictional character created and performed by English comedian Sacha Baron Cohen and is based on Tim Westwood.

In the TikTok video, which has gained more than 73,000 likes, Meg wrote: "When you're the only person to take Halloween seriously in your office…

"As you can see, this is a very serious meeting. Wait for it… FML"

She added in the caption: "Guys I didn’t have a change of clothes so had to just carry on with my day FML."

TikTok users found the clip hilarious as they took to the comments to poke fun at the clip and some even claimed to have been in similar situations.

One user wrote: "I once did a six-hour shift, in a large Sainsbury's, dressed as Kermit the frog… no one else dressed up."
