Zara and Mike Tindall share three children, Mia, nine, Lena, four, and Lucas, two. According to a parenting expert, Zara shares some similar techniques with Kate Middleton, 41, due to their open admissions about “mum guilt”.
Lauren Goodman, the Creative Director and Educator of Content Collective spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk to explain how Zara raises her little ones.
She said: “Zara has remained open about her own ‘Mum Guilt’ which is reassuring for lots of people navigating work and parenting.
“These open conversations always help normalise and challenge guilt in workplaces and high-profile conversations help to drive change in this sector.
“Zara is passionate about doing this alongside other royals including Kate Middleton.”

Kate and Zara are both modern parents who each have three children around a similar age to each other.
The parenting expert argues that this modern style of parenting is key to also being a “hands-on parent”.
Lauren explained: “You can see from an outsider’s point of view that Zara and Mike Tindall have remained hands-on parents to all of their children, whilst remaining active in their jobs and work.
“All three children are involved in their parent’s active lifestyle and you often see the family photographed out together at Zara’s competitions and sporting events in the local area.”

Lauren has suggested that this is a good parenting technique from Mike and Zara Tindall for a key reason.
She noted: “Weaving joint activities into family life is a great way to maximise downtime.
“Mike and Zara definitely seem as if they are promoting this within their own family.
“As a mother and business owner myself, finding time to balance both is absolutely key.”
Lauren argues that Zara and her mother Princess Anne are both “modern” parents for making identical decisions for their children.
She added: “Similarly to her own mother, Zara chose not to give her children a royal title.
“This shows their more laid-back style of parenting as they embrace a more modern ‘royal parenting’ style.”
The Princess Royal did not give Zara or her brother Peter Phillips a royal title so that they could have a more regular upbringing.
Zara definitely achieved this as she grew up to become a professional equestrian that would take part in the London 2012 Olympics.
She would likely not have been able to do this, had she become a working royal with a title.
Zara’s children Mia, Lena and Lucas are growing up in Aston Farm on the Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire, away from the public eye.
This has allowed them to have a more normal upbringing compared with their cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
