Independent outage monitor Down Detector has recorded a huge spike in All 4 down reports as viewers flock to watch the England vs Germany game.
At the time of writing Down Detector has registered a peak of more than 4,000 reports of All 4 being down.
These reports of issues with the Channel 4 app came in around the time that the England vs Germany game kicked off.
The Three Lions are playing their final game ahead of the World Cup against their bitter rivals in the UEFA Nations League.
According to Down Detector stats, the bulk of All 4 down reports are to do with video streaming issues followed by problems with the app and website.
As the reported All 4 services issues took place Channel 4 viewers flocked to Twitter to talk about the problems they were facing.
One tweeted: “@All4 looks like your app is broken. So no one can watch the @England game … fantastic”.
While another posted: “All 4 is down, I repeat, All 4 is down. #ENGGER”.
One added: “Those watching on TV are hating the commentary and anyone trying to watch online, can’t. It’s not looking good for Channel 4. #All4”.
And another wrote: “Not All 4 crashing when everyone is trying to watch the England match”.
