After weeks of high-intensity competitions, complex design challenges, and an array of winning looks from some of the world’s finest up-and-coming designers, the third season of “Making the Cut” went out with a bang and finally crowned a winner. If you’ve yet to binge the last two episodes of the season, fair warning: spoilers ahead!

Prime Video’s “Making the Cut” has been making waves ever since it debuted back in 2020. And while the beloved fashion competition series still has its OG hosts in Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn at the forefront of it all, the show’s latest season has managed to introduce even more antics and fashion demands into the mix — pushing designers to their limits and assessing, on an episode-by-episode basis, who will win it all to take home the top prize (which includes a $1 million investment, an Amazon mentorship, and a global fashion brand of their own).

Following a month-long hiatus to focus on their final collections, contestants returned to the challenge in the last two episodes of the season and were tasked with not only prepping their own concept stores, but also presenting a business pitch of their final 10-look collections to the president of Amazon Fashion. In the end, Yannik Zamboni came out on top with Maison Blanche — a line that (true to his own design style) celebrated individuality and self-expression through pieces like cropped jackets, pleated trousers, and a pants dress, among other styles.
