Whether it's a home security camera or a smartphone-connected burglar alarm, home security products are all the rage this Black Friday.
Amazon Ring has launched some major discounts on its Ring line of products. The popular Ring Doorbell has had a 61% price reduction and is currently available for just £34.99. It uses a video camera to show you who's at the door, and even includes an Echo Dot smart speaker.
The Ring Indoor Cam is also on sale for £39.99, with a £10 saving available.

However, Amazon isn't the only game in town, with many other vendors offering connected smart home products at a bargain this week.
If you're after something a little bit cheaper than Amazon's offerings, tech firm SwitchBot is offering 30% off its products using the coupon code: 13BFCMSB.
It will give you a third off on Amazon and Shopify. Switchbot's products on offer include:
- SwitchBot Security Camera Indoor 2K – Pan Tilt 360-degree (£34.99, previously £49.99)
- SwitchBot Wi-Fi Smart Lock (£104.99, previously £149.99)
However, if you apply the discount code, you'll get an additional reduction in price when you go to pay at the checkout.
The 'world's most expensive game' is currently free to play – but not for long
The SwitchBot Security Camera is a particularly good bit of kit. It plugs straight into the mains and then connects to the SwitchBot app on your phone.
You can then access a live feed from inside your home whenever you're out and about, and set the device to capture screenshots or videos if it detects any motion.
It also includes a microphone function so you can speak directly to your pets or any unwanted visitors through the camera's speaker.
Like Amazon Ring, you can also connect various SwitchBot gadgets together on your phone to have full control over your smart home in one place.
