Samsung’s Galaxy Watch gets a very cheap rival and you can buy it now at Amaz…

If you’re in the market for a shiny new smartwatch but rightly prefer not to spend the earth on one, then you could be in luck. A new wearable from UK tech company Nothing has just gone on sale, and it’s as close to a Samsung Galaxy Watch you can get for under £100.

The CMF by Nothing Watch Pro costs just £69 and is on sale now for UK buyers via Amazon. We recently reviewed the Watch Pro and found that it performs most of the functions of a much more expensive smartwatch for a fraction of the price.

It has a solid aluminium frame and rubberised strap that look like an Apple Watch at first glance. One of the best things about the Watch Pro is you can pair it with an iPhone or an Android phone and get the same functionality, including taking calls on the in-built speaker, or tracking your runs and cycles thanks to GPS tech – a rarity at this low price point.

With other impressive features such as a heart rate sensor, blood oxygen sensor, smartphone notifications, tons of watch faces, sleep tracking, and up to two weeks battery life, it’s a smartwatch that punches above its weight.

Samsung introduces the new Galaxy S22 Ultra

You don’t get third party apps, mobile payments, auto-brightness on the screen, and it can’t store music tracks offline to listen to. But aside from that, a lot of the functions are similar to what you would get on the £369 Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 – and you have to charge that once a day, not once a week like the CMF by Nothing Watch Pro (they need to work on that name, though).

You can buy the CMF by Nothing Watch Pro from today, 19 December 2023, in the UK – though one thing to note is that Amazon says it won’t deliver in time for Christmas at this stage.

But if you want a new smartwatch for your iPhone or Android phone and don’t want to spend a lot, then £69 on the CMF by Nothing Watch Pro is the best cheap smartwatch you can get.
