Strictly couple dealt devastating blow as theyre told they wont make final

BBC S trictly Come Dancing 's Annabel Croft and Johannes Radebe have been given a huge blow as they fight to make it through to the semi-finals.

Last week, Annabel received her first 10 from Anton du Beke, but it seems her time on the show could be coming to an end soon, according to body language expert Darren Stanton.

He told Betfair Bingo: "Annabel’s journey in this competition has been very interesting over the past few weeks. It’s very hit-and-miss. She’ll be having a bad week, and then she’ll pull it back and amaze everyone.

"[Last] week, you could tell she has been working very hard and wants to prove her place with Johannes. When we look at her body language, Annabel is naturally a timid and introverted person.

"We can see this as she looks down quite a lot and plays with her fingers as a distraction. Growing her confidence has been a huge thing for her in terms of her progress. She’s definitely acknowledged every piece of feedback and embraced every moment. I think she will last a few more weeks, but she won’t make the final."

After Annabel's performance last week, fans rushed to social media to praise her, as one said: "That TEN is absolutely deserved. Bravo Anton. Bravo Annabel and Johannes. Brilliant stuff."

A second chimed in: "I don’t think I’ve ever been happier for someone to receive a 10 than I was tonight for Annabel Croft and Johannes. What a beautiful partnership. And her improvement? Wow! Would love to see them in the final."

Another added: "I don’t think I’ve ever been happier for someone to receive a 10 than I was tonight for Annabel Croft and Johannes. What a beautiful partnership. And her improvement? Wow! Would love to see them in the final.

Fans will have to wait and see who will be going through to the semi-finals this series, as Annabel will be facing against Nigel Harman and Katya Jones, Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola, Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin and Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell.

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 7.15pm on BBC.
