Amazon has just slashed a whopping £726 from a brilliant laptop—a bargain that's rare to see outside of Black Friday.

The laptop comes little-known but 'underrated' brand SGIN. It's packed with 12GB of RAM, 512GB of solid state storage, and is pre-installed with Windows 11.

It's also incredibly light and slim—it's only 2CM thick and weighs 1.69kg so it's very easy to carry around with you on the go.

Reviews of the laptop are generally positive, with Amazon users calling it 'really speedy' and having 'good battery'.

One happy owner of the bargain laptop said: "To be honest I'm a pensioner 67 years old technology left my brain years ago, [I'm] a one finger haven't got a clue person. Let's start [first] at Christmas someone spilled coke over my old laptop and didn't tell me."

He added: "Went with my gut instinct and ordered this laptop WOW when it arrived I was amazed how light it was.

The pensioner concluded: "I really love it as I spend a lot of time as they say browsing the internet anyway I must say delivery great, packaging great, looks great. Thank you so much I'd better get [off] now as wife wants to go out."

Windows 11 is the latest version of Microsoft 's long-running PC operating system.

It brings a huge number of changes to the table including an Apple-style taskbar and some nifty new graphics features.
