Amazon unleashed its new range of Fire TV devices back in March and some of the range are now getting a stunning free upgrade. The online retailer has just announced that any who has treated themselves to one of the more premium Omni screens will now be able to transform the screen into an ever-changing piece of artwork.
That’s all thanks to something called Dynamic Art collections which have been created to evolve deepening on the time of day, current conditions outside and the ambient light in the room.
Amazon says it has worked with contemporary artist Samuel Stubblefield to create the unique canvases and they will certainly make that big black screen in the corner of your room look a lot more exciting when it’s not being used for boxset binges.
It’s been confirmed that the new Dynamic Art Collections are available on all Fire TV Omni QLED Series TVs in the United States, Canada, Germany, Mexico and the United Kingdom starting today.
You just need to make sure that you have the latest software installed on the device. Once everything is upgraded, you can then simply ask Alexa to “go to Ambient gallery” and click on the Dynamic Art background tile to enable it.

For those not aware, the Onmi Fire TV is Amazon’s most premium QLED screen with it featuring full 4K UHD resolution along with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ for improved visuals. Owners also get hands-free Alexa allowing them to bark orders at the display without reaching for the remote.
Other upgrades include adaptive brightness which changes to screen depending on conditions in the room and there’s full access to all of the most popular streaming services right from the home screen.
That’s all thanks to the Omni telly being powered by Amazon’s Fire OS software which makes streaming content a breeze.
There are a number of screen sizes to choose from including 43, 50, 55 and 65-inch panels with prices starting from £549.99.
That is pretty pricey but if you’re quick you’ll find all of these devices slashed in price right now with things cut to just £329.99.
