Emmerdale lines up another heartbreaking week for the residents of the village and the viewers at home, with big revelations and huge concerns on the cards.
Having learned of Mackenzie Boyd’s (Lawrence Robb) engagement news, Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) decides to drown her sorrows as she takes Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) out to the B&B for a meal.
Little does she know, however, that Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) and Mack have booked a meal at the same venue and, in a bizarre coincidence, they end up seated beside them!
Things are more tense than ever, but the following day the feud is seemingly put to bed, with Charity coming to Chloe’s aid when she worries about Reuben’s health, taking the concerned mum and her baby to the hospital.
The air is cleared between the two, but Charity starts to feel guilty over her one night stand with Mack. Will she spill the beans? Or is she intent on keeping the secret just that?
Elshewere, Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) is horrified when Craig allows Samson (Sam Hall) to believe that something romantic happened between them. With Mandy (Lisa Riley) having got wind of the claims, she confronts Lydia, who is left heartbroken over such accusations.

Kim Tate (Claire King), meanwhile, subsequently spots Lydia sobbing in the village. Unable to withstand it any longer, Lydia bravely reveals what happened as Kim comforts her, urging her to tell Sam (James Hooton) about the rape.
And finally, Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) struggles on the anniversary of Grace’s death, feeling utterly alone after Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) decides to spend some of the day with Mandy.
Enter Harry (Robert Beck).
The gangster introduces himself as ‘Simon’, with he and Chas hitting it off as they enjoy a drink together – before taking things to the back room at The Woolpack.
Chas, however, realises it’s a mistake, with Harry agreeing to sleep on the sofa, though it soon becomes clear he’s up to no good as he rummages through her belongings.
Just what is he up to?
Emmerdale airs these scenes between Monday, October 2 and Friday, October 6 at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
