Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) is set to spiral after receiving some worrying news in upcoming EastEnders episodes.
When Alfie finds out that Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) was the one to tell Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) his dad’s name, he is absolutely furious, and a bitter row ensues between the two of them.
Reeling from their argument, Tommy heads to the park with friend Perry, and Alfie is horrified when he finally finds him. He orders him home amid another clash between the pair.
The following day, Alfie attempts to make amends with Tommy by apologising for being an absent father, though things turn sour when he bans him from seeing Perry.
Amid the tension, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) learns that Tommy punched Alfie, and is concerned when he notices that Alfie is still grimacing in pain. He demands that Alfie visit the hospital as soon as Tommy has left.

The next day, Alfie tries to distract himself by helping Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) with her plan to gain custody of Mick and Janine’s baby, agreeing to join her in meeting with a solicitor.
However, Tommy soon sees him getting in a taxi towards Walford General.
Following his visit, Alfie heads to Peggy’s where he gets drunk, ultimately falling out with Phil, before making a beeline to the Queen Vic to apologise to Linda for missing the meeting.
Linda can tell instantly that something isn’t right, but Alfie is quick to cover.
Struggling to process his recent news, Alfie regrets promising to take Tommy to Boxing Den, having agreed to do so after their argument, but reluctantly heads over.
It isn’t long before Tommy causes concerns by squaring up to a young lad, and it soon comes out that he is worried about Alfie, having seen him on the way to the hospital the day before.
Will Alfie reveal the outcome of his visit, or will he keep things to himself?
