EastEnders legend Alfie Moon is set for a health scare as he suffers from a punch from his young son, Tommy Moon.
During the episode, which aired on Monday, 14 August, Alfie struggled to control young Tommy after he ran out while Alfie was looking after him.
Alfie found Tommy in the park drinking with his friends, but when they returned home and tried to talk, things took a nasty turn.
After finding out that his friends had filmed Alfie shouting at him, Tommy punched Alfie leaving him in pain on the sofa.
Now heading into Tuesday's episode, Alfie tries to smooth things over with Tommy following the tense exchange.
It doesn't take long for things to turn sour, as Alfie bans Tommy from hanging out with Perry, who appears to be the ring leader in the friendship group that Tommy was in the park.
Tommy's new stepdad Phil Mitchell eventually finds out about Tommy's actions, and he reveals that Tommy has also lashed out at his mum Kat Slater.
As a result, the pair decide to take the youngster to the Boxing Den to let out some of his frustrations.
While they are at the Boxing Den, Phil notices that Alfie is still struggling following his incident with Tommy.
As Alfie is still grimacing in pain, Phil demands that he goes the hospital to get checked out. What could be wrong with Alfie?
Elsewhere on the Square, Bobby Beale and Anna Knight start to plan a surprise 21st birthday party for Bernadette Taylor.
The party is Bobby's idea as he wants to spend more time with Anna, but she doesn't agree with his ideas.
Bobby suggests that the party is a Cider, Cheese and Chess night, and he tries to get a struggling Freddie Slater on board to help.
Freddie tells his best friend that he can't face it as he struggles to cope with the recent news that his mum was raped by his father.
However, after a heart-to-heart with Anna in the Queen Vic, Freddie decides that he will help after all.
The sweet conversation between the pair saw them bond over their let down by absent parents. Will Freddie be able to help with the party?
The drama doesn't end there as the Panesar family begin to worry about Suki, as she continues to have dizzy spells.
After a trip to the doctors, Suki's son Vinny urges her to open up about her feelings. Will Suki finally speak out about how she feels?
