Amanda Holden has admitted she might have a crush on Paddy McGuinness after she branded the Top Gear Host on I Can See Your Voice.

Earlier this year, the TV personality, 51, teamed up with Alison Hammond, Jimmy Carr and the Take Me Out star, 49, on the new BBC One game show.

During tomorrow night's episode of the hugely popular game show, things turn flirty between the hunky host and the blonde bombshell after the dad-of-three performed a steamy lip sync to Ginuwine hit Pony.

And it's fair to say his saucy rendition of the hit single left the female investigators all hot and bothered as they filmed the new series in the heart of London.

In an exclusive first look of the BBC show, Amanda confessed that she can't help but view Paddy in a "completely different way" after his jaw-dropping performance.

She said: “Me and Alison are looking at you now in a completely different way.”

And she wasn't the only star who was floored by his routine, as Alison confessed: “Seriously man, I see you so differently. You are hot.”

Watch it tomorrow at 9.10pm on BBC One.

It comes after the TV star revealed that he secretly went under the knife when he was younger only to discover that the doctor who operated on him was a big dodgy.

Last week, the comedian appeared on Shopping With Keith Lemon (October 25) where the doting dad was asked whether he had any future plans for cosmetic surgery.

Paddy – whose split from his wife Christine McGuinness was recently confirmed – explained that he wasn't sure what he could have done "as a man", but opened up about his past surgery.

The funnyman said: "I don't begrudge anyone doing it but I think, 'What could you have done as a man?'

Keith jokingly suggested he could have "his ears" done, before Paddy confirmed: "I've had them done. I used to have massive sticking out ears and I always had a problem with it.

"The surgeon who did it, I thought, 'There's something not right with these'. About two years later, Panorama's on doing an exposé on rogue surgeons – he's on it!"
