RICHARD Madeley angrily told Good Morning Britain guests to "be quiet" live on air.
The irritated presenter, 66, had finished a fiery debate about the hose pipe ban when he started reading the autocue.
But he was interrupted when the guests began talking before leaving the studio.
Although it wasn't picked up by viewers, Richard struggled to concentrate as he spoke about the energy crisis ahead of an interview with MP James Cleverly, Secretary of State for Education.
Richard turned to them and warned: "Sorry, can I ask you… can I ask you not to talk please?"
The camera remained on host Richard as the studio fell silent.
