BBC Breakfast fans annihilate guest presenter – fuming 'could they dumb the show down any more?!' | The Sun

BBC BREAKFAST fans annihilated a guest presenter as they fumed the show was being 'dumbed down'.

The flagship programme aired today with a format shake-up as Sally Nugent presented solo from the red sofa.

Jon Kay was live on location from a primary school in Abergavenny as he launched the Beeb's new writing competition.

Aimed at children, it encourages them to write a 500-word story and submit it for a chance to meet Her Majesty The Queen.

During the show there were special guests including a classroom full of excited children.

However, BBC Breakfast viewers were less than impressed when CBBC star Hacker the Dog was given a guest presenting role.
