BBC Breakfast's Sally Nugent missing from show after sparking health concerns from worried fans | The Sun

SALLY Nugent was missing from this morning's BBC Breakfast after she sparked health concerns from fans.

Viewers of the flagship programme were left worried for Sally, 51, who appeared unwell during Tuesday's show.

The journalist was hoarse while reading the news and had a Lemsip beside her in the studio.

Sally was a trooper and still turned up for work despite being poorly, but viewers urged her to get rest.

And this morning she was nowhere to be seen as BBC Breakfast kicked off at 6am.

Jon Kay was on the iconic red sofa alongside Sarah Campbell who stood in for Sally.

Following the ceremony, Sally swapped out of her glam attire and got comfy in some funky pjs as she posed with the award on her bed.
