Below Deck’s Kate Chastain shares photo proof chef Ben Robinson isn’t baby daddy

Below Deck’s Kate Chastain took to Twitter to share “evidence” her former co-star Ben Robinson isn’t her son’s father after continued fan speculation.

Kate starred in the first six seasons of the Bravo reality series alongside chef Ben before his earlier departure in season four.

The pair are good friends behind the scenes, so when the 40-year-old announced she was pregnant in December, rumours of who the dad could be began to swirl.

Kate has never publicly mentioned who the father is and told Watch What Happens Live she was “happy to do it alone”.

Since revealing her pregnancy, Kate has had to shut down rumours Ben is the father of her little boy Sullivan who was born in May.

Most recently, Kate took to Twitter to share pictures of her newborn Sullivan Cay with a baby picture of Ben, 42.

She tweeted: “It would be great if people would stop commenting and messaging me ‘baby Ben!’…….every single day.

“For reference this is Ben as a baby on the left next to Sullivan. Clearly not related.”

This isn’t the first time Kate has had to state Ben isn’t Sullivan’s dad.

Shortly after giving birth, she tweeted: “For the record, the only thing this handsome guy has in common with any chef is the tendency to get emotional around meal times.”

The speculation was born originally from the gossip of the pair dating during the second and third seasons of the show.

They have also remained very good friends since leaving the Below Deck universe behind with Kate sharing a picture of the pair back in April when she was still pregnant.

As she gently rested her hand on her bump, Ben mimicked her pose with the friends beaming at the camera.

Nevertheless, Kate is adamant Ben isn’t the father and it doesn’t seem like she is willing to open up on who he really is just yet, if ever.

Ben, who also starred in the spin-off Below Deck Mediterranean, now runs his own catering business on land.

He also took to social media earlier this year to announce his engagement to long-term girlfriend Kiara Cabral.

Below Deck is available to watch on Bravo.
