Big Brothers Jordan Sangha tipped to replace star on his own TV show after win

Big Brother winner Jordan Sangha could be about to replace Robert Rinder on his ITV daytime show Judge Rinder.

The 26-year-old reality star recently announced he's quit his high-paying job in law after winning £100,000 on the ITV2 show last week. He previously worked as a lawyer, which was referenced several times during the series, but has now said he is "done" with law.

However, Culture and brand expert Rochelle White, of Rochelle White Agency, has hinted that he could be set take over Robert if the show returned. She told Daily Star: "In regards to Jordan, I feel that he will have a solid few options post show. It's an interesting situation as this year's Big Brother was very much 'normal' people entering the house. However, like any show, they do become well known and famous when they last the whole show.

"I don't feel that Jordan is someone who would make a rushed decision into what he wants to do and achieve post show. I feel a few options could be for him to do the typical media circuit and then take a step back to reflect on next step or he could be that person who would like to return back to normal and carry on with his job as lawyer.

"He could surprise everyone and take on more roles within the reality TV space and become a guest on shows like This Morning or even be the next Judge Rinder. I feel that only time will tell what happens here and for him.

"I think the next few weeks and months will be interesting to watch. No matter what he decides to do, I feel that a good team behind him will be key to making sure he is being seen, positioned and featured in all the right places."

Judge Rinder is a British arbitration-based reality court show that aired on ITV from 2014 to 2020 and depicts Robert Rinder as an arbitrator overseeing civil cases. He began his career in criminal law in 2003 and wears his barrister robes while on the show, but does not wear the wig as is customary in the judiciary. He is a practising criminal barrister at 2 Hare Court Chambers in London and this is made clear on the show.

As with other related court shows that inspired it, such as Judge Judy, Judge Mathis and The People's Court, any awards handed down by Rinder are paid by the production company rather than the loser. Following the announcement of Jordan's win, during spin-off how Big Brother: Late & Live, which aired after the live finale on ITV2, hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best announced the voting figures and they are pretty revealing.

Jordan had more than a third of the final votes, but it was the tightest competition between runner-up Olivia Young and third place Henry Southan, who had less than one percent between them in their final voting stats. Many fans were surprised to see Yinrun Huang place in fourth position, including AJ and Will who had both predicted Yinrun would be the winner of the series.
