CBS’ beloved multi-generational procedural drama Blue Bloods will officially conclude its 14-season run in 2024.

The ending was confirmed in November, with a lengthy send-off and the announcement that the final instalment would be split into two parts.

Mark Wahlberg congratulated the cast including his brother Donnie who stars as Danny Reagan for their “remarkable run,” on screens.

The actor attended the premiere of his new film The Family Plan where he shared praise for his sibling.

“[Congrats], of course, to Donnie, Tom [Selleck], the whole cast,” Mark added. “[It’s] remarkable! It really is an unprecedented run.”

The 52-year-old continued: “[As] somebody who’s been producing television for a long time, [I know] it’s not an easy feat, so congratulations. It’s quite an achievement.”

Since its 2010 premiere, Donnie has been a main cast member alongside Selleck, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, and Len Cariou.

Selleck released a statement to thank fans and shared: “For the past 13 years it has been an honor and a privilege to work on a show that not only celebrates the men and women who protect and serve in New York City but also displayed the importance of family.

Selleck, who plays the family patriarch and commissioner Frank Reagan continued: “Working alongside these incredible actors, writers, producers, directors and crew has been a dream come true.
