Bobby Brazier says next performance is very ’emotional’
Strictly Come Dancing star Bobby Brazier could miss out on making the final after a body language expert noticed the soap star “lacked confidence”. Bobby and his dance partner Dianne Buswell have landed in the bottom two before and survived, but could his time in the competition finally be up?
On Sunday night, another couple will be sent home from the BBC dance contest, meaning they will miss out on the final and a chance to lift the Glitterball Trophy. However, according to expert Darren Stanton, Bobby and Dianne could be “in real trouble”.
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Slots, Darren said: “I think Bobby could also be in trouble this week. Although he has done really well to get through to the semi-finals, he isn’t the strongest dancer in the competition.
“Based on his last performance, Bobby was lacking slightly compared to Layton and Ellie. He has definitely had a turbulent journey on the show. I did think Bobby could have been a potential winner, but there’s been a few facial expressions and a real lack of confidence in recent weeks.
“In terms of Bobby’s partnership with Dianne, their chemistry has grown a lot over the past few weeks and they came across as very in sync with one another on the dance floor. They showed great levels of eye contact with each other and moved together as one last week.”

The bookmakers have also been coming up with their predictions on who could be leaving this weekend.
BetVictor has given Bobby and Dianne odds of 4/7 of leaving the competition, with Annabel Croft close behind with odds of 11/8.
At the other end of the scale, Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola are the current frontrunners to win with odds of 1/5.
Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin also have a chance of lifting the Glitterball Trophy with odds of 12/1.

Another celebrity who could be at risk of leaving this weekend is Annabel and her dance partner Johannes Radebe, Darren claimed.
“I definitely believe Annabel could be the star to leave. She seems the most nervous out of the four contestants left,” the expert went on.
“Overall, her confidence levels are the least out of the remaining celebrities. She also bites her lip at certain times, which is a self reassurance gesture. I think Annabelle has reached her level.
“When I look at Annabel and Johannes performing together, what they do well is telling the story. They’re incredible at conveying emotion together for the audience.
“They’re able to paint the picture so brilliantly. I can sense a bit of distance between this couple.”
He added: “They’re not as tight or close as the remaining couples, which is a concern at this stage. Something is lacking between them.
“Annabel comes across as quite guarded still, and she’s holding herself back. She’s done incredibly well to reach the semi-finals, however I do believe she will be leaving the competition this week.”
