Carol Vorderman reacts as shes asked if she would sh*g Laurence Fox on BBC

Former Countdown star Carol Vorderman made a hilariously repulsed face, after being quizzed on whether she would 'sh*g' axed GB News presenter Laurence Fox.

The 62-year-old was a guest on the BBC's Have I Got News For You, when a contentious topic arose.

Whilst mocking the country's biggest stories of the week, host Victoria Coren Mitchell brought up Laurence Fox making headlines for his horrendous misogynistic comments.

Vorderman was already knowledgeable on the topic, having already publicly supported Ava Evans – the victim of Fox's vile comments.

The Welsh woman explained, "Ah, yes. So, Laurence Fox was on Dan Wootton’s show and he said some terrible things about a female journalist called Ava Evans.

"Then there were lots of complaints, and then Laurence Fox was sacked but Dan Wootton, apparently there’s an internal investigation."

Steering the conversation back to the comedy show setting, Coren Mitchell joked, "More importantly, though, Carol, about Laurence Fox, would you sh*g him?"

The audience erupted into laughter at Vorderman's horrified expression, turning away in disgust and grimacing painfully.

Shaking her head, Vorderman vocalised "Eurgh!", continuing to make the audience laugh.

Coren came back with a surprising admission, "You see, I think I probably would but…" as maths Queen Vorderman was astonished, exclaiming ,"Victoria!" in shock.

"Call me Gen X, a difference of opinion is no bar," cracked the host.

Laurence Fox isn't the only right-wing political figure that Carol has recently shown public disdain for.

In a now-viral tweet reacting to the Prime Minister, Carol has spoken out against Rishi Sunak's recent policies and behaviour.

The PM made the headlines this week for controversial speech at the Conservative party conference, discussing a smoking ban, scrapping the HS2 trainline, and making horrific transphobic comments.

Carol, outraged, quote tweeted the prime minister, writing, "Rishi Sunak tweeting from his private jet….. Extraordinary And appalling And insulting"

In another tweet that now has upwards of 12,000 likes, Carol has shared a petition to call for a general election.

The media personality wrote, "I've signed. Rishi Sunak said this week that "nobody wants a general election".

"Well it seems that more than 110,000 people do so far.

"If you'd like to, then add your signature here to CALL AN IMMEDIATE GENERAL ELECTION And RT".

The petition, created by David Nash, has now garnered over 180,000 signatures, meaning parliament is required to consider the topic for debate.

The government is also legally required to respond after 3 days.
