A SHOCKING accident looks set to rock the ER this week on Casualty.
The BBC One medical drama is back on Saturday evening and as usual will be packed to the brim with a whole host of drama.

Donna's working life begins to spiral out of control
Under immense pressure at Holby, Donna is left rushed off her feet and struggling to find time for herself.
She gets even more frustrated when she is told that she must work on her day off as a result of staff sickness which sends her into a tailspin.
She attempts to create a smooth day for her daughter at home but in doing so, arrives to the ED late.

Faith's drug battle continues & Iain's suspicious
Faith will find herself being questioned by Iain when he suggests that she implements regular drug testing to ensure she is clean.
However, a drug-fulled Faith does not respond well to the situation as she is left uncomfortable at the thought.
Iain later asks Faith to accompany him on a trip away as he offers her his full support in her sobriety battle.

Death rocks the ED
6A devastating death rocks the ED leaving Donna and Rida stunned.
A man named Malik brings his unconscious wife to the hospital but struggles to communicate as he does not speak English.
Rida is then able to communicate with him and discovers his wife is pregnant and has likely had a stroke.
Performing an emergency C-section, the team do all they can but unfortunately, only the baby manages to survive.
Distraught, Malik shocks the staff as he ferociously lashes out.
Sah feels guilty
A shock kiss has left Sah feeling guilty after they betrayed their relationship with Teddy.
Having kissed Paige, Sah decides to tell Teddy everything.
How will he react to their news?
Faith fakes her results
Under the pressure of Iain, Faith hands over a patient's drug test that she took earlier and passes it off as her own.
With doubt still in his mind, Iain and Faith are left questioning if they have enough trust in their relationship.
Iain insists he is only doing this as he loves her.
Donna causes a crash
After a stressful few days, Donna is pushed to breaking point.
Heading home, she ends up making a grave error by falling asleep at the wheel.
