Model Lottie Moss was left in floods of tears as she confessed that she uses sex to 'protect' herself from being hurt by others.

During Monday's (August 21) episode of Celebs Go Dating, Lottie, 25, poured her heart out to agents Paul C Brunson and Dr. Tara about her dating history.

Picking up on her behaviour at her first mixer -where celebs get to mingle with potential daters- Paul realised that Lottie often leads her conversations with sex.

Quizzing her further, a sympathetic Paul wanted to figure out her reasons for doing it.

Admitting that this is something she does engage in, Lottie became emotional and explained she was previously treated badly by men.

She said: "Yeah I don't really talk about much other than sex and I think I need to start doing it.

"But it is a massive protection thing for me."

In her confessional, Lottie said: "I think I definitely put up a front of being super confident and talking about sex all the time.

"But I definitely am insecure and I do think I tend to hide that side of myself."

Talking to the agents, Lottie, who is Kate Moss' younger sister explained that she was "unhappy" for a long time.

When Paul asked her about her fears, the OnlyFans icon spoke openly about her mental health.

She said: "I like struggle with my mental health. So when I get heartbroken and things like that it feels very intense to me.

"Like I have ADHD and stuff and it becomes my emotions are very heightened.

"So I just think I don't want to ever feel like that again," she explained while crying softly.

Although Lottie hasn't been on any dates yet, during Monday night's episode (August 21), things became very awkward between Lottie and Love Island star Chloe Burrows.

During their first-ever mixer, the two women came to the realisation that they had a similar type in men.

After Lottie chose two contestants to date, she was left taken aback when Chloe also decided to date the same two men, who happily accepted her offer.
