Charlotte Dawson praised by fans as she shows off 'real post baby body' saying she’s 'proud' of her stretch marks | The Sun

CHARLOTTE Dawson has been praised by fans for showing off her post-baby body just 10 days after giving birth.

The TV star – who welcomed her second son Jude with her fiance Matt Sarsfield – said she was proud of her body and was happy to embrace her stretch marks.

Charlotte, 30, stripped to black underwear and a nursing bra while holding her adorable tot.

She shred the mirror selfie and captioned it: "Proud of my 10 day post partum bodehhh, fully embracing it, my tiger stripes.

"Isn’t the woman’s body just magical, can’t believe I’ve birthed two beautiful boys."

Charlotte's fans were quick to compliment the star on her honest post.

One wrote: "I love this. True representation of the post partum body. Normalising this is so important, not flat tummies making mums feel like crap."

Another posted: "You helped me in my newborn stage with your posts and this will resonate with so many other mothers. Keep being you."

Charlotte's post comes just days after she admitted she "can't stop crying" following the birth of her second son.

Charlotte appeared on her Instagram Stories make-up free and visibly upset.

She wiped tears away from her eyes as she asked her followers: "Guys is it normal to just cry all the time?

"I can't stop crying I don't know what's up with me.

"You can probably hear Matthew and Noah in the bath literally that loud."

Charlotte, who is late comedian Les Dawson's daughter, continued: "I'm crying cause I've not got Noah in the bed I'm crying cause I've not got Matthew in the bed I'm crying cause I love Jude so much.

"I'm crying cause I feel I've not got any time for anyone.

"I'm crying happy tears obviously but it's just mad innit.

"Your hormones are just everywhere – it's just crazy I'm struggling."

Charlotte announced her happy birth news on Instagram last month and was left shocked by how quickly it all happened.

Cradling her bundle of joy, Charlotte wrote: "Guys he's here!!! I can't believe it!!! I came in at 1am I had him by 2.13am. Can't wait to update you all as soon as but Matthew has nipped to get me a Maccies & I'm having cuddles."

The newborn's dad, Matthew, sadly returned without McDonald's, much to Charlotte's dismay, but he looked besotted with his son as he held him in his arms.

It was an anxious wait for the couple as they counted down the hours to meet their little man after Charlotte's waters broke.

She told fans at the time: "Oh guys it's been a bloody weird 24 hours…my waters broke last night but no pain managed to sleep through it. Just getting checked now as movements been slow, happier I can hear his little heart beat now."

The birth comes just days after Charlotte reacted to trolls contacting social services to lodge false claims over her parenting of son Noah.
