Okay, Selling Sunset fans, big news: we caught up with Chrishell Stause to talk about everything from the new house flipping Xbox game she’s loving to her relationship with G Flip, plus how she’s feeling about the upcoming season of Selling Sunset (which starts filming soon!!).

If you’ve ever watched house flipping shows and thought, “yeah, I could totally do that,” there’s a new game that lets you put your skills to the test. The game, called House Flipper, gives you the chance to buy, repair, and remodel houses. Players can also stage and sell the home to buyers and hopefully make some of that sweet commission $$, just like your faves on Selling Sunset. And lucky for you, Chrishell teamed up with Xbox to share some tips and tricks for the game.

“I love how House Flipper allows players to virtually live out their house flipping dreams and create their own real estate empire,” Stause told Cosmopolitan. “Creating a virtual dream home can be great practice for when you have the real thing!”

Stause shared that while her friends have said house flipping IRL is hard, the game actually makes it fun. “I’m excited for players to dive into this game and build homes they are proud to share with friends and the House Flipper community,” she said. “It really sucks you in, and you get really invested!”

Ofc, we had to ask about her pro tips for playing House Flipper. Stause’s biggest piece of advice is to go bold. “Don’t be afraid to express yourself and try new things, like adding a bold, printed wallpaper to a dining room or placing a bold piece of furniture in a living room.”

Okay, but has Stause’s partner, G Flip, tried their hand at the game? Stause told us, “G has not played yet, but I have a feeling they would be amazing at it. I have yet to see anything they aren’t incredible at.” Um, we’re swooning over here!!

As for the next season of Selling Sunset — which begins filming soon — Stause says she’s looking forward to spending more time with the group. “We are always so busy, but filming helps us coordinate our schedules better,” she explains. We asked if she’s feeling nervous about anything with the upcoming season, and she said no. “Once we get started soon, of course, that could always change!”

Stause also seems relaxed about working with her ex, Jason Oppenheim. “Jason is the best and I haven’t stopped working with him this whole time,” Stause explains. “So cameras will just pick up on our current dynamic.”

It definitely seems like there’s no bad blood between these exes. On the reunion special where Stause spoke about her new relationship with G Flip, Oppenheim had nothing but sweet things to say: “They seem like a badass for one and two, the smile that’s been on your face the last couple minutes makes me very happy, so I’m proud of you.”

No word yet on exactly when season 6 will premiere, but at least we have House Flipper to keep us busy in the meantime.
