CORONATION Street's Stu Carpenter was revealed as a murder – but fans suspect his daughter Bridget may be the real culprit.
The former homeless man -played by actor Bill Fellows – recently devastated boss Yasmeen after revealing his killer past.
In recent scenes, Stu’s ex-wife Lucy accused Stu of killing a woman called Charlie Walter after they had an affair.
However, fans have their own theories on what they believe is true despite Stu's confession.
Stu's daughter Bridget arrived on the scene two weeks ago.
Could Stu be protecting her by taking the blame for a murder she committed?
It was also revealed that Stu had a granddaughter who he wouldn't want visiting her mum behind bars.
As the pair share the same DNA, it explains why Stu’s was found at the scene.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer suggested: “Our working #Corrie theory is the Stu's daughter killed that girl and he took the blame for it to protect her.”
Another agreed: “I think Stu believed his daughter killed that girl & confessed to protect her. If that is true does he still believe it?”
A third penned: “I bet Stu’s daughter killed the girl and he is covering up for her, that’s why his DNA was found at the scene."
Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday on ITV at 8pm.
