Coronation Street: Laurence talks with Todd before leaving
Coronation Street fans seemed to have grown bored of the ongoing love triangle between Max Turner (played by Paddy Bever) and the two ladies in his life.
After starting to develop feelings for Sabrina Adetiba (Luana Santos) things grew complicated when his ex-girlfriend Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) returned to Weatherfield.
Making it clear she was still interested, the two women have been battling for his affection.
Although it looks as though viewers aren’t impressed with the love triangle with some calling for Lauren to leave the cobbles once again.
Taking to Reddit, user calculatingmacaw commented: “I’m not a Max hater by this sub’s standards but I am SO BORED of this storyline!!

“Love triangles need to be exciting, a will-they-won’t-they, who will be chosen kind of vibe. Not two strong, independent women (with Sabrina the infinitely more likeable of the two!) fighting the wet weekend that is Max.
“Can we just send off Max and Lauren into the sunset and move Gav and Sabrina in with David and Shona????”
It looked as though many were in agreement with HaroldWeigh commenting: “Gav and Sabrina are two of the best new characters. Max and Lauren are not at all interesting or compelling. Could Sabrina and Gav get a place on the Street and become regular characters.”
Bumbleina added: “I don’t mind Max. Was enjoying him dating Sabrina and then Lauren came back and ruined it all. Could have just ticked along nicely without her.”

Official spoilers for the ITV soap show Lauren’s jealousy boils over next week as she takes out her anger on the salon.
After completely tearing it apart, she’s later arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage which leaves her concerned about her future.
Speaking about the complicated relationship, actor Paddy Bever touched on what could be in store next for the teens.
He said: “I see it as Sabrina is his head and Lauren is his heart, but I think he’s acknowledged that his heart is also with Sabrina a bit.
“I think Max is realising that actually, just because Sabrina isn’t his first love, doesn’t mean that he can’t recognise his feelings for her.
“Even if you marry someone and have children with them, you’ll never love anyone like you love your first love.
“But for Max and Sabrina, I think she’s really good for him, so let’s hope that they become a little power couple.
Coronation Street continues Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV on 8pm
