AN eagle-eyed Coronation Street fan has uncovered the real identity of Lauren Bolton's mystery boyfriend – and he has a horror connection to the street.
Played by actress Cait Fitton, ITV viewers have watched Lauren claim to be with a new wealthy boyfriend over the past few weeks.
The secret charmer has been showering her in gifts on Coronation Street in a bid to showcase his 'devotion' to her but Lauren has yet to reveal his identity.
She has kept all track of him secret and it appears as though he is not currently in Weatherfield after he failed to spend time with her on her birthday.
Lauren's time on the Street has been nothing short of a disaster following the revelation that her father was a racist and used to encourage her to date his older mates when she was a young teen, living rough and in the salon, a failed romance with Max as well as being an OnlyFans creator at the age of 17.
Having found work in the cafe, it seems things for Lauren are on the up but concerns over her mystery man have sparked fear that it will all go down hill for the unlucky seventeen year old once again.

Now, some viewers have been left convinced that the mystery man Lauren is enjoying a romance with is Damon Hay, played by Ciaran Griffiths.
Fans know that Damon will be returning to the Square soon after he quit earlier this year.
He came in between Adam Barlow and Sarah Platt as he and Sarah enjoyed a sordid affair filled with plenty of passionate on-screen romps.
When Sarah fell pregnant, she didn't inform Damon and when she eventually lost the baby, she made efforts to move forward with Adam and Damon has been seldom-mentioned since.
