Stephanie Davis discusses Coronation Street theories

Coronation Street viewers are set to see Courtney Vance (played by Stephanie Davis) being faced with a difficult decision.

Arriving in Weatherfield back in June, Courtney immediately set her sights on Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) and the duo got involved in a steamy affair.

Although they managed to keep their relationship a secret from everyone, including her husband Darren Vance (Ryan Early) and Aadi’s dad Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin), they were rumbled this month.

With Darren kicking her out, Courtney was left with nowhere else to turn apart from Aadi’s home, leading her to move in, much to the reluctance of Dev.

Now living together, it looks as though things are getting serious between the new couple, although there’s drama ahead, as Darren decides to meddle.

Official spoilers for the ITV soap reveal Courtney and Aadi announce they’re moving into Shelley Rossington’s (Natalie Amber) old flat following her tragic death last week.

Being strapped for cash since leaving Darren, Courtney tells Aadi she’ll sell some of her rings to put money towards the deposit.

With some left over, they decide to go to the Bistro to celebrate, although they realise a golf bash is going on, as they spot Darren.

Seeing it as the perfect chance to make her estranged husband jealous, she starts to wind him up by snogging Aadi and bragging about their new flat.

The situation starts to escalate as Aadi and Darren square up to one another, leading Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) to step in to calm them both down.

However, as they leave, she warns Courtney she’s onto her game and it’s obvious she’s using Aadi and still in love with Darren.

Later on, Darren decides to try and put a stop to their relationship by having a word with Dev.

Pulling him aside, he offers £5,000 to split up Courtney and Aadi, putting him in an awkward situation.

At home, Dev pulls out the wad of cash and reveals to Courtney that if she decides to dump Aadi it’s all hers.

With little to no money to her name, will she be tempted to take the cash and start a life for herself elsewhere?

Once Aadi discovers his dad is involved in trying to break them up, will he start his own plot of revenge against Darren?

Coronation Street continues Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV from 8pm
