Coronation Street star Charlotte Jordan has seemingly accidentally leaked the return of a character member – before the big reveal.
Since her debut on the cobbles, Charlotte has amassed a loyal legion of fans thanks to her role as Daisy Midgeley. And the soap star is no stranger to giving her followers an insight into her life off-screen.
But on Sunday (October 22) she was no doubt left rather red-faced after accidentally exposing a character’s return to the soap. Taking to her Instagram Charlotte shared a slew of snaps of her day-to-day life.

In the caption, Charlotte labelled each one of the 10 pictures. The post featured snaps of Charlotte posing up a storm outside the ITV studios, a gorgeous mirror selfie and a pic of her beloved pup.

But it was snap 10 that got plenty of people talking. In the picture, Daisy could be seen posing alongside co-star Erin Austen – who plays Crystal Hyde. The photo was captioned: "10. @erinausten_ & I wanna play sisters please".
As fans will know, Erin made her debut on the soap in March. Her character, Crystal, is an Ibiza DJ who quickly developed an attraction for character Ryan Connor.
Tragically, Ryan was left with life-altering injuries when he protected Daisy from Justin, who hurled acid in her direction. After Crystal found out that Ryan had been attacked and scarred, she left the cobbles and headed back to Ibiza.
Ryan then thought he was in a long distance relationship with Crystal. However he eventually discovered it was actually Daisy and she was catfishing him.
Both Daisy and Ryan have since gone on to have an affair behind Daisy's fiancé Daniel's back. But things never stay hidden for long in Soapland, as viewers will see next week when Daniel discovers the truth.

Speaking to Jenny, the barmaid admits that she loves both Daniel and Ryan in different ways and she doesn’t know what to do. The former landlady urges her to make up her mind before it's too late.
However his suspicions are raised when Daniel clocks Ryan getting into Steve’s taxi and asking for the Chariot Square Hotel. His heart sinks when he receives a phone call from Daisy’s mum where she reveals that Daisy hasn’t seen her in days. Daniel decides it’s time to take matters into his own hands and follows Ryan to the hotel.
As Daisy and Ryan head to their room, the barmaid has decided to call off their relationship, claiming it would never work out because she loves Daniel too much. But as Daniel arrives at the hotel determined to find out the truth, has her decision come too late?
