Dancing On Ice's Matt Lapinskas has claimed that some of the judges are far less involved than ITV likes to make out.
The ex-EastEnders actor starred on the show back in 2013 and was that year's runner-up.
When asked if there were any behind-the-scenes secrets, Matt exclusively told Daily Star during a Facebook Live chat that there were.

Matt, 33, said: "This is a little secret actually – you see a lot of Chris and Jayne teaching the couples the routine and everything but obviously Chris and Jayne are very busy.
"You see them on Monday when they give you your music and teach you a bit of routine and the rest of the week you're off with other coaches and you don't see the again until Sunday.
"So, even though it looks like they're training you every day, you're only with them for one day and you're actually off and in your own hands. That's why I said it's really important to listen to the coaches.
"The other coaches work closely with Chris and Jayne but it's more the coaches and your partner who get you through the week."
Matt was partnered up with Brianne Delcourt – who he ended up having a romantic relationship with after the show.
The TV star says they are still on good terms – despite a bitter breakup and he's "happy" for her.
Matt also has recalled rather a flirty exchange with former ITV judge and Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts.
Talking about Ashley, Matt said: "She was great, I remember her saying one week that I was 'fire, baby'.
"She is stunning, she is a great personality to have, and has great energy backstage. It was just amazing to have a Pussycat Doll judging me.
"My mates were like 'What's going on in your world?' And I was like 'That's just how I roll'."
Matt also went through a breakup during his skating stint with his former EastEnders co-star Shona McGarty.
The couple were together for 18 months but things went south after got close to his ITV skating partner.
Speaking on his breakup, Matt added: "You have exes, you live, learn and move forward. Shona is still doing well, she is still in EastEnders and smashing it.
"I wish nothing but the best for everybody and everyone teaches you something in life."
