DANNIELLA Westbrook has been spotted looking fresh faced after swapping boozy nights out for early morning yoga.

The former EastEnders actress took to her social media to reveal she was enjoying a bit of pampering with a friend last night.


Danniella, 48, took to her Instagram to reveal her wholesome night out as she headed for a facial and dinner in London.

Smiling as she filmed herself walking through the capital, the actress revealed her natural beauty as she lifted her sunglasses.

Looking rested, Danniella told fans she was heading for "food, facials and fun" as she broadcast live walking round the city.

"I'm going to have a facial tonight at The Face Gym," she told fans as she revealed her make-up free face. "So excited to be up here."

It comes after Danniella revealed she has turned over a new leaf and swapped partying for early morning yoga workouts.

The Daily Star Sunday reported that she was skipping the booze at the London Lifestyle Awards last month as part of her new approach.

She told the publication that she was "sticking to water because she likes to do yoga sessions at 7am" as well as "daily meditation".

Former EastEnders actress Danniella made an appearance on This Morning last month, her first time on the show since 2016.

She told show hosts Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond she has followed a 12-step recovery programme and found a therapist who has changed her life and helped her address issues in her past.

She said: "I'm happy to be alive after everything I put myself through. I'm looking forward to being a nanny, I'm just so happy with this chapter that I'm in.

"And I think I just needed to get there myself, but it was just learning to like me a little bit."

As the hosts asked how she had done it, Danniella continued: "I'm working through lots of stuff still, but putting the drugs down was hard, but keeping the ego down too."

"It's a really hard balance but for me. I found a fantastic therapist, she said you need to deal with this and this and this, and own your crap and I said 'no'.

"She said 'you need to,' and I did a lot of inner child work, spiritual therapy.

"For me at eight and nine years old, coming into the studio here, into this building, is hard for me because of growing up here in the industry.But I worked on that stuff and it's behind me."
