CHRISTMAS finally reaches Walford in upcoming scenes of the long-running soap and six women are left in a huge predicament.

Celebrations don't go according to plan for six of EastEnders' favourite characters as a shock murder unfolds.



BBC One viewers have been at the edge of their seats since this year's Christmas plans in Walford were unveiled in February, 2023.

Fans of the London-based drama were floored when they learned that the festive season would be tainted by a horrific crime taking place in The Vic and involved six of Walford's favourite ladies.

Many of them have speculated about who the unknown victim would be and names in the likes of Nish Panesar, Ravi Gulati, Keanu Taylor and even Dean Wicks were thrown into their theories.

But who will really meet their maker this Christmas?

Coming up, Christmas fever is in full swing as the residents of Walford settle down for a day of festivities.

Meanwhile, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) and Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) get ready for their wedding day at No.43 with Zack Hudson (James Farrar) and Martin Fowler (James Bye).

Unbeknownst to anybody, Sharon tries to mask her guilt as she continues to keep a massive secret about her son Albie's paternity.

Later, at the church, Sharon is a vision in white as she walks down the aisle with Albie.

Sharon and Keanu are about to say "I do" before her ex-husband Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) arrives with a huge bombshell of his own.

In later scenes in The Vic, Denise Fox (Diane Parish), Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), Sharon, Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) seek solace as they all try to process the events of the day.

Sadly, none of them could have predicted what was about to happen, and in a flash, their lives are permanently changed forever as an Albert Square male meets his fate in The Vic.

Later on, all six women desperately try to deal with the fallout of their actions – but could they get caught?

Unfortunately, things only get worse for them all before New Year's Eve.

How will they cope with their secret?

Could one of tell the truth to a dangerous resident?

EastEnders airs from Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
