EastEnders' Clair Norris reveals next project as she stars in new TV show

EastEnders star Clair Norris is perhaps best known for her role as Bernie Taylor in the BBC soap, but fans of the actress are now able to see her in a new role on ITVX.

Clair will be playing the role of Kelly in new drama Tell Me Everything.

She announced her new part via Instagram yesterday, sharing a photo of herself outside her trailer on set, with the caption: ‘Small feature of my boat race in the new drama TELL ME EVERYTHING. Out today on @itvxofficial !’

Clair’s fellow EastEnders stars were quick to show their support for her new project, taking to the comments of the post to share their congratulations.

Zack Hudson actor James Farrar commented ‘Go on girl’, while Ex-EastEnder Barbara Smith, who played Dana until earlier this year, said ‘You superstar’.

Tamzin Outhwaite, who played Mel Owen on the BBC soap between 1998 and 2002, and again between 2018 and 2019, shared three clapping hands emojis, while Corrie star Paddy Bever, who plays Max Turner, shared a celebration emoji.

Fans of Bernie Taylor need not panic, as Clair made it clear that she will still be appearing on Albert Square.

One fan commented, ‘I didn’t realise you had left EastEnders?’, to which Clair responded, ‘this was filmed last year! I’m still with my EE family xx’.

Tell Me Everything is a teen drama following a group of young people that deals with relationships, drink, drugs and mental health.
