EASTENDERS' fans were left appalled after Bernie Taylor revealed her gross and cost-effective way of making tea.
Bernie's first shift at the café didn't get off to the best start in Monday's episode.
Viewers spotted her embarrassing habit when serving her customers tea and talked about a "second squeeze always being a bit weaker."
Jay, Ben, Callum and Cathy overheard her and was left confused, until they discovered Bernie used the same tea bag when making two cups of tea.
Ben was left disgusted as he put down his cup of tea.
Not knowing what she did wrong, Bernie protested: "No one uses a fresh bag in every cup, do they?"

But Kathy replied: "We do if we're charging for it, Bernie!"
Ben joked: "Cost saving like that and you'd have been Ian's favourite."
Fans took to Twitter to share their amusement and disgust over Bernie's horrid tea making.
One said: "Ben's reaction to his double squeezed cup to tea… The audacity."

Another wrote: "Lol Bernie – second squeeze."

After Bernie's revelation of reusing tea bags, Howie walked in and was quizzed by Bernie about knowing what a "second squeeze" was.
Howie hilariously responded: "Do you mean like a mistress?"
And Jay agreed that he was thinking the same thing.
Also in the episode, Jack was pushed to the brink as he struggles to support his son Ricky Jr after he got 12 year old Lily Slater pregnant.
Jack took his rage out on Lily after discovering she was being bullied for being pregnant.
Instead of supporting her or getting her parents, he decided to have a go at her in the café.
As he read through the abusive messages, Jack told her: “This ain’t right but you should probably get used to it.
“It seems to me like a lot of people are sugarcoating things for you and making out that this is going to be easy.
“But you’re telling me that you’re a grownup, right? Then you can’t let this sort of stuff bother you. Teenage mums get a lot of stick at school and it’s even worse when the baby comes.
“That’s why teenage mums drop out of school and finding a decent job becomes almost impossible and when the baby does come that is when you find out who your real friends are.
“Ask your mum what it’s really like.”
Lily looked completely terrified by Jack’s mind games and spoke to her parents.
Later a furious Stacey and Martin confronted Jack – and ripped into him, making it very clear that he was not to go near their daughter again.
The realisation that Jack has cost him the chance to know his baby was too much for Ricky and he called his mum to move in with her.
