Suki vows to ‘get rid of Nish for good’

EastEnders fans are convinced they have worked out what is wrong with Suki Panesar (played by Balvinder Sopal) on the BBC One soap.

During the latest episode of EastEnders Suki started feeling faint and almost collapsed in the Mart as Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) checked if she was OK.

Viewers took to social media believing Suki’s health issue could be linked to Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) who is trying to focus on their marriage.

Tam O’Driscoll penned on Twitter: “Suki has the form of faking illness, faking cancer but maybe this time she really has a serious illness and will not be believed #Eastenders @bbceastenders or could Suki be pregnant even though in Christmas flash forward looks not pregnant or ill?”

Elizabeth Scott wrote: “Don’t let anything bad happen to Suki! Was thinking maybe she’s pregnant?”

@Toughtruth5 commented: “Suki is pregnant and Eve is always there like a bad lingering smell. #Eastenders”

A user called Pom Pom said: “I thought they were going to tell Suki she was pregnant for a minute there – if Nish was poisoning her, wouldn’t it show up in blood tests? At least the doc gave her a prescription for her anxiety/stress. Anxiety sucks.”

However, Bee said: “The Suki is pregnant rumours need to go immediately, it won’t happen cause it just makes zero sense but there are other illnesses and issues a female character can have that’s not that.”

Alison shared: “Suki isn’t pregnant. Does she look pregnant at Xmas, no she doesn’t. Unless she has a termination. Could Nish be drugging her, won’t put it past him?”

Could Suki be pregnant as the fans have theorised or has she been drugged by Nish?

In upcoming scenes, Eve is left troubled when she runs into the woman who killed her sister.

“It just drags up all of her past emotions and brings it back to the forefront of her mind,” Eve actress Heather told The Mirror.

“I don’t think she’s ever really dealt with her sister’s death, which is why she lashes out in moments.

“It’s all been buried for so long, so it’s all there and raw. I don’t think she has got any coping mechanism at all.”

EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays on BBC One at 7.30pm.
