EastEnders actor Navin Chowdhry joined the BBC soap as Nish Panesar back in September.
Nish was reunited with his family following a 20-year stint in prison for the murder of a man he believed was having an affair with his wife, Suki Panesar.
Unbeknownst to a controlling Nish, Suki is actually in love with Eve Unwin – a woman who lives just a few doors down from them.

While Nish comes across as charming on the surface, his manipulative nature has already begun shining through.
Away from the soap, the actor has a famous family, an eye-watering net worth and has starred in plenty of other successful projects.
Famous family
Navin, 51, was born and raised in Bristol and has been professionally acting since he was 16.
As for his family life, the actor has a few relatives that fans may already recognise.

Simi passed away aged 85 in November 2021, with Navin taking to Instagram on the anniversary of her death to pay tribute to his beloved mum.
Back in October, the soap star posed for a photo with his on-screen family as well as his off-screen family, having taken the Panesar's to watch his cousin perform.
He proudly penned: "When the onscreen family met offscreen family… Our kid smashed it last night! @paulchowdhry you were sharp, savage, poignant and moving. There are very few who can do what you do. You continue to make your dad and both mums so incredibly proud. Take a bow little bro. Welcome back."
