Trauma over health woes continues in emotional EastEnders episodes next week. As Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) undergoes gruelling treatment, things are hard enough.
But tense relations with mum Emma (Patsy Kensit) increase. When Lola decides to make an effort, she is then blindsided with a massive shock from her past that changes everything.
Meanwhile, Zack Hudson (James Farrar) is also finding things incredibly difficult as he feels ashamed of his HIV diagnosis.
And when he breaks down to Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) over recent events, will he finally open up?
And it’s families at war across Walford as Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) squares up to Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).

Monday February 6
Lola is called into Lexi’s school following reports that an unknown adult has attacked Lexi’s school friend Maisie for picking on her about her Lola’s ailing health.
Fearing her newfound online presence may be to blame, Lola begins to fear for her and her families safety. Later on at the salon, Lola’s world is turned upside down as Nicole’s true identity is revealed.
Zack starts his HIV medication, riddled with guilt that he hasn’t shared his diagnosis with Whitney who is reeling from the recent news surrounding their baby’s health.
Following words of reassurance, Zack convinces Whitney to visit the hospital for additional testing. Whilst at the hospital, Zach begins to suffer side effects from his medication.
Nish is keen to expand the Panesar empire and enlists the help of Eve to reassess their current businesses.
Suki is irritated to find both Nish and Eve looking through her business contracts, and reminds her family that she is in charge.
Reiss is still jealous of Sonia’s new free-spirited lodger, Jed, who proves an instant success with the residents of Walford after setting up a community text group. Reiss heads to Sonia’s house to front out the situation and is shocked by what he sees.
Tuesday February 7
Lola, who is overcome with emotion and weak from her gruelling treatment, gets checked over by a doctor at home after Billy and Jay become concerned .
The emotion of the day continues when an unwelcome guest turns up on their doorstep – Emma. As Lola makes a shocking discovery about her past, will she be able to accept the truth, and what does this mean for her relationship with her mum?
Chelsea suspects something is wrong with Whitney, but she remains tight-lipped on the situation when questioned in front of Finlay and Felix. In an attempt to lighten the mood, they host a movie night to distract Whitney but are interrupted by a visitor.
Zack struggles to come to terms with recent events, and breaks down to Sharon who has grown increasingly worried for his wellbeing.
Still feeling ashamed about his recent HIV diagnosis, Zack isn’t able to bring himself to share this news with Sharon just yet, and instead reveals Whitney’s recent Omphalocele diagnosis.
Sharing wise words of advice and drawing from her own experiences of being a parent, Sharon vows to support her brother and encourages him to fight for Whitney and the baby. Feeling lighter having shared some of his emotional turmoil.
Tensions begin to rise between Nish and Phil at the Mitchell household when the possibility of a new business deal comes into question.
Suki warns Nish to stay away from the Mitchells, but he ignores her advice and enlists the help of willing son Vinny for a new plan.
Sonia heads to The Vic to reassure Reiss on recent events. A jealous Reiss convinces Sonia that it’s time her new lodger, Jed, found a new home.
Wednesday February 8
Nish and Vinny go behind Suki’s back and wage war on the Mitchells. An enraged Phil storms into the Panesar home accusing Nish, but Suki quickly jumps to her husband’s defence, giving him an alibi.
Later that day, revenge is taken as the Minute Mart is turned upside down by an unwanted intruder. With Nish and Suki clearly rattled, Eve steps in to help clear up the mess.
Back at home, Suki confronts Nish. A concerned Eve overhears the blazing row and heads to the Minute Mart later that day to console Suki.
Whitney is frantic as she misplaces her scan photo at home before breaking down in front of Chelsea and revealing all. Chelsea comforts Whitney and shares words of advice from her own experiences.
Lola agrees to meet Emma for lunch, and invites Jay along when she senses his hesitation towards the meet. At The Vic it’s clear that Emma is determined to progress her relationship with Lola as quickly as possible to make up for lost time.
Sonia struggles to find the right moment to let Jed know that his time as her lodger is up.
Thursday February 9
Determined to reaffirm his position as head of the Panesar family empire, Nish puts his plan in action.
Later, Phil and Kat arrive for a tense lunch with Suki and Nish to discuss business.
Emma and Lola continue to build their relationship by looking through a series of old photographs. Lola loses track of time and almost misses Lexi’s school presentation.
After a chat with Billy and Jay, Lola realises she is spreading herself too thin and decides to scale back on the amount of time she is spending with Emma.
Reiss manages to find a way to evict Jed from Sonia’s home. Sonia is touched by Reiss’ support.
Linda prepares to face her first Valentine’s Day alone since Mick’s disappearance.
