EastEnders' Whitney Dean star Shona McGarty sizzles in skintight trousers while looking worlds away from her soap role and admitting that she has a "crush" on a co-star.

Shona, who has portrayed Whitney in the BBC One soap opera since 2008, could be seen posing with a co-star on Thursday (January 5), while admitting her "girl crush".

Posing up a storm in some figure hugging leather trousers, Shona posed alongside Emma Barton, who plays Honey Mitchell.

Shona donned her tight trousers with a chic knitted black jumper that had an intricate skull design on the front.

With a dark berry lip and a sultry eyeshadow look, Shona looked very glamorous as she wore her locks in waves that framed her face.

Emma also donned some leather trousers and boots while stood next to her co-star, but accessorised with a light pink knit which contrasted against Shona's.

Posing up a storm together in front of a red telephone box, Emma shared the snap on her Instagram feed as a "throwback Thursday".

Tagging Shona in the snap, the Whitney actress was quick to comment on the snap.

Shona penned: "My girl crush," to which Emma replied: "Love you," with a heart eye emoji.

"Oh wow, two of my faves looking HOT," penned one fan in the comments.

"Pair of absolute stunners and legends," said another.

This comes after Shona and her soap co-star Max Bowden enjoyed a short lived romance before splitting up.

The pair were together for a short while before the couple broke things off shortly after he welcomed a baby with his ex-girlfriend.

The Sun report that a source said at the time: "There has been a lot going on in Max’s life and things were just getting too complicated with Shona being involved.

"Max will always have a lot of love and respect for Shona but it’s just not the right time."

Shona's character Whitney is currently embroiled in a pregnancy storyline after a one night stand.
