There will be death and devastation aplenty during tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, as Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) discovers that her bull has been viciously murdered — something which is seemingly the result of the on-going feud between DI Malone (Mark Womack) and Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).
During last night’s episode, Cain discovered that Will (Dean Andrews) was in way over his head in regards to his alliance with Malone, and — having seen first hand how terrified his employee is of the dodgy copper — he resolved to deal with the situation himself.
Tonight, Cain takes it upon himself to deal with Malone one-on-one, and Will’s anxiety increases as a result. The meeting seemigly doesn’t go as planned — and Cain soon comes to realise that agreeing to this meeting was a mistake — and therefore he heads back to the village.
However, upon arriving back at the garage, he discovers that the premises has been trashed. What’s more, he later discovers that Moira’s bull has been brutally murdered — and once he heads up the farm to find out what’s going on — he’s horrified to see DI Malone there in his capacity as a detective.
Malone enquires as to whether any one would have a grudge against Cain.
The question is: what does the sinister detective have in store next?
Will Cain seek retribution?
Emmerdale continues Wednesday 11 March at 7pm on ITV.
