Emmerdale: Caleb and Cain talk in the pub
Emmerdale icon Aaron Dingle (played by Danny Miller) made an explosive return on Monday night after it was revealed he was being held hostage by Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Caleb Milligan (Will Ash).
However, when Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) discovered Cain had tied her son up, she was left furious by his betrayal.
Although, the barmaid soon realised Aaron was not the person she knew after he lied about stealing £30,000 from the Italian Mafia.
It is clear Aaron is out for revenge and he is not in a good place as he struggles to come to terms with the loss of his sister.
Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk and other press about his return to the village, Danny teased there are more twists to come.

The Aaron Dingle star explained: “He is very angry at life and a few characters in the village and he has taken something from some a few gangsters and he has been lying about that.
“And those who have known Aaron from previous years will know he is very honest and family-orientated. So you see a completely different side to him.”
He continued: “He didn’t want to come back, he was on a self-destructive path that meant he was more than happy to kill or be killed over there in Italy.
“He is off the rails and off the plot entirely and his state of mind is he is very selfish, angry, and maybe slightly depressed.”

When chatting about Aaron’s relationship with his mum Chas, Danny branded it “toxic”.
He stated: “Aaron blames her for the way he is feeling and he didn’t get the chance to grieve Liv and he had to leave the village, granted some of that was contractual.”
He later added: “She is like a stranger to him and he can’t stand everything that she has done.”
Will Aaron finally be able to forgive his mum, or is their relationship beyond repair?
Chas is also deeply upset with her brothers for kidnapping Aaron, so could Cain And Caleb’s betrayal rip the Dingles apart?
Aaron’s storyline won’t be the only one for the iconic family as Emmerdale boss Laura Shaw teased: “We’re going to be doing something a little bit special with the Dingles coming up
“I think pretty much all of the Dingles are going to be involved and the episodes were filmed in a slightly different way from our usual style.
“True to its form we have played with the format a little bit. I can say there’s going to be lots of secrets being revealed.
“After seeing the final episodes last week, I think it’s going to be very memorable.”
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV.
