Emmerdale: Lydia Dingle phones the police to report Liv
Emmerdale fans became concerned for Lydia Dingle (played by Karen Blick) during Friday’s episode when her ex Craig Reed (Toby Finn) managed to track down her address after bumping into her recently.
While he made out he wanted to catch up with an old friend, viewers of the ITV soap immediately made it clear they didn’t trust Craig as they predicted Lydia could be in trouble.
Twitter user @Beckie_Miller_ penned: “I do not trust creepy Craig #Emmerdale.”
@Bebop76845845 added: “Not sure about this Craig #Emmerdale.”
@Matt528chap shared: “Oh Great-Craig is turning into yet another stalker! And they didn’t even get the last one with Amelia and Lloyd right!”

“Craig is giving Stalker vibes. #Emmerdale,” another added while @RyanTheSoapking posted: “Craig who hasn’t seen Lydia (or Jenny as he knows her by) for 33 years now he seems obsessed with her. What are his real intentions? #Emmerdale.”
@unsworth1live wrote: “#Emmerdale is Craig Lydia’s stalker? He rocks up at her home. Sam won’t be pleased.”
Craig’s arrival at Lydia’s house came after she ran into him at a job fair earlier in the week and it emerged they had been childhood sweethearts.
It was also revealed Craig was the father of Lydia’s baby son Toby, who was stillborn when the couple were just teenagers.

After catching up, Craig paid a surprise visit to Lydia on Friday, revealing he’d got her address from her CV at the job fair.
“If you want me to leave just say,” Craig remarked as he saw the shock on Lydia’s face when he turned up.
“You know where I live?” She asked, baffled, to which he replied: “It was on your CV… I know it’s unprofessional.
“There are laws, data protection. But since I saw you yesterday my head’s been all over the place.”
“It’s my fault, I didn’t think it through – I should never have told you about Toby,” Lydia replied.
“All these years, I’ve been wondering what happened to you,” Craig admitted.
He went on: “We were everything to each other. The night you took off, I sat up all night, waiting for you to come back.
“I thought you’d never let me down like that unless something bad had happened… I was worried you’d had an accident or worse, I thought you were dead.”
Craig apologised before the pair had another catch-up together.
Could Craig have dark intentions like viewers are predicting? Perhaps he’s seeking revenge for being let down by Lydia all those years ago.
