Finn Jones will continue to appear in Netflix's Marvel shows after Iron Fist axe

Finn Jones’ character Danny Rand will continue to appear in the MCU, despite his solo show Iron Fist getting cancelled after two seasons.

According to EW, fans of Jones’ take on Iron Fist will still be seeing him around – though Marvel has not confirmed where exactly.

Netflix and Marvel released a statement last week, reading: “Marvel’s Iron Fist will not return for a third season on Netflix. Everyone at Marvel Television and Netflix is proud of the series and grateful for all of the hard work from our incredible cast, crew and showrunners.

“We’re thankful to the fans who have watched these two seasons, and for the partnership we’ve shared on this series. While the series on Netflix has ended, the immortal Iron Fist will live on.”

The end of that statement also implies that we haven’t seen the last of Danny, whether he turns up in another Marvel show, a second season of The Defenders, or even in a revival of Iron Fist on Disney’s own streaming service.
