GOOD Morning Britain suffered another major blunder just 24 hours after Susanna Reid's wardrobe malfunction.
Fans were left in shock after a huge 'cleavage' mistake as Lorraine Kelly's face was projected onto Kate Garraway.
Host Kate, 55, was seen wearing a bright green jumpsuit as she took to Good Morning Britain on Thursday morning.
The figure-hugging outfit left the TV presenter and he co-stars laughing as they turned her into a green screen.
She and Lorraine, 63, who joined the show by video link, had their outfits undergo colour changes thanks to clever editing.
Producers and editors behind the scenes got Kate to stand before changing the colour of her outfit using green screen effects – transforming the jumpsuit to blue and purple.

Meanwhile, Lorraine's dress was switched to green and pink as the studios were left in fits of giggles.
However, the prank was taken one step further, as fellow ITV host Lorraine was then projected onto Kate's outfit.
Lorraine's smiling face was seen across Kate's chest and stomach, but fans were distracted by an unfortunate mishap that occurred with the presenter's cleavage.
As Lorraine was wearing a low-cut dress, it meant that her bust was on show as her face was pasted onto Kate.

However, an awkward placement issue meant her bust was shown low on Kate's crotch, distracting viewers with a very rude gaffe.
Taking to Twitter, fans of the show reposted screen grabs from the hilarious moment, as they hit out GMB had "not thought it through".
"Not sure GMB though this one through," one said. "Lorraine's cleavage projected onto Kate Garraway…"
"Oh my eyes!" another said, as a third chimed in alongside laughing emojis: "Definitely not thought through."
It comes just 24 hours after Susanna Reid suffered a wardrobe crisis just moments before going live on TV.
She was forced to find something else to wear after her first choice was deemed inappropriate and she had to get co-host Ed Balls to help unzip her.
She was originally wearing a checked dress but was told by bosses it blended into the background too much.
Her next dress was a little bit too low cut though and there was a last minute scramble to get it sorted.
