Hocus Pocus actress Thora Birch looked unrecognisable as she hit the red carpet on Wednesday (September 28) – 29 years after the movie was released in 1993.
The former child star, who turned 40 in March, was just 11 years old when she made her name playing youngster Dani Dennison in the iconic fantasy film.
The Halloween classic follows the wicked Sanderson sisters played by Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy, who cause havoc when they are unintentionally resurrected by a teenage boy.

Thora does not appear in the sequel but was snapped at Variety's 2022 Power of Women's event in Beverly Hills.
The actress donned a fitted black midi dress which boasted white floral detailing across the sides and elevated her height with a pair of wedges.
Resonating with her character, Thora still had her statement red locks which she swept back into an elegant bun, with a few strands hanging down in tight curls to frame her face.
After nearly three decades, the long-awaited sequel was released on Disney + today, with the three original stars returning to their iconic roles.
Sarah, 57, joined her famous husband Matthew Broderick and their 13-year-old twin daughters Tabitha and Marion at the premiere of Hocus Pocus 2 in New York City on Tuesday (September 27).
The Sex and the City star reprised her role as Sarah Sanderson and joined her 76-year-old co-star Bette, who plays ringleader Winifred Sanderson, as they commanded heads on the red carpet.
The six-time Golden Globe award winner sported a silver satin tunic which featured a purple and pink floral pattern.
Also part of her eye-catching ensemble was a pair of shiny pink trousers that cut off at the ankles which she teamed with a pair of vibrant pink stilettos.
Notably absent from the family snap was Sarah and the Ferris Bueller's Day Off actor's 19-year-old son named James.
